The clinic sits on the business hub floor of Al Fattan Tower, a short walk from The Beach at JBR. Consulting rooms, treatment rooms and diagnostics share one floor, so a patient moves between them without leaving the clinic.
Appointments are unhurried and the rooms are quiet. Reception is small by design. Care is given by named consultants, each practising within their own speciality.

A patient should never need to know which of our doctors they have been given.
Written down, it sounds like a modest ambition. It is the hardest thing we do.
Reputation in medicine attaches to a person. You are told to see someone in particular, and everything then depends on whether you can reach them, and on which day. I did not want to build that. I wanted the standard to belong to the clinic, so that it holds on a Tuesday afternoon in August, in the fourth appointment of the day, whoever is sitting across from you.
So it is written down. How a room is prepared. How a diagnosis is explained. How long a silence is allowed to last. What is said when the answer is not yet known.
Doctors come and go from any clinic, as people come and go from any house. What happens inside it must not.
That is what I have built here.
