Recharge is for people who want to feel and perform at their best. It brings together IV hydration therapy and a full hour of one-to-one physiotherapy in a single visit to the clinic.

How the visit works

Your visit begins with a doctor. Not a form and a chair, but a proper conversation, with the time to explain how you have been feeling and what you would like to address. The doctor confirms that IV hydration is suitable for you before anything begins.

The IV hydration therapy is then administered in a private treatment room under medical supervision.

You then move to the physiotherapy suite for a 60-minute session. Your physiotherapist listens to your concerns, assesses how you move and where you hold tension or discomfort, and begins to work on it that same day, through hands-on treatment, guided exercise or a combination of the two.
